Working under the guidance of the Business Intelligence Analyst, you will build and maintain management dashboards, assist with data validation and cleaning, and support ad-hoc reporting requests to ensure operational decision-making is backed by clear, accurate data

Ad-Hoc & Scheduled Reporting: Produce regular periodic reporting and respond to data requests from colleagues across EFM in a timely manner, referring more complex queries to the Business Intelligence Analyst as appropriate. Support Campus Safety & Security in the production of incident analysis, operational performance dashboards, statutory reporting and responses to Subject Access Requests (SARs), Freedom of Information (FOI) requests and other information requests, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
-
System & Documentation Support: Help to develop and maintain data dictionaries, reporting user guides, and procedural documentation to support business continuity across EFM systems.
-
Information Quality & Governance: Follow relevant data governance principles and University data protection policies (GDPR) when handling operational and personal data, escalating potential compliance or SAR/FOI queries to line management.
